I can’t believe how nutso I went during the two and a half weeks of my vacation I couldn’t just “jump” on the internet anytime I wanted. I mean, I *could* have, at 0.35c a minute, which adds up fast! I guess I’m spoiled by having DSL at home that I pay for in one monthly fixed sum, and a T1 connection just sitting on my desk at work eight hours a day. But as a result of those situations, I might as well have the internet installed in my brain, since I’m using it 24/7.
